Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of NowDone, operated by Halal Harvest Company LLC ("NowDone", "we", "us"). By joining the waitlist, creating an account, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

NowDone is a marketplace that connects people who need local help (requesters) with people who provide it (Taskers). NowDone is the platform — it is not the provider of the tasks themselves.

Taskers are independent and responsible for the work they choose to accept and perform.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use NowDone. You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account.

Taskers must complete identity verification before accepting tasks.

Requesters set a task price, subject to a $15 minimum. NowDone charges a platform fee, shown clearly before checkout. Taskers receive the task price less the platform fee, and keep 100% of tips.

Payments are processed and held by our payment provider and released after a task is marked complete, subject to our policies.

Cancellation terms, including any applicable cancellation fees based on timing, are presented in the app at the time of booking and cancellation.

You agree to use NowDone lawfully and respectfully. Harassment, fraud, unsafe behavior, and attempts to take transactions off-platform are prohibited and may result in removal.

Report concerns through the in-app tools or by contacting support.

NowDone is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts of requesters or Taskers, and our liability is limited as described in the full in-app terms.
